How do I place an order?
Since all of our products are customized, please fill out a contact request form describing your particular needs. If you have a logo that you would like incorporated into your design, please submit a high-resolution file (minimum 300 dpi) in either JPG, EPS, or TIF file format. A one-time artwork “clean up” charge may apply for converting your logo to a suitable engraving file. You can also e-mail me directly at email@example.com or FAX your order to us at 970-882-3391.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept checks, all major credit cards, and PayPal. Your payment information is not stored in our system, and we keep your credit card info secure.
What is your turn-around time?
In many cases, if we have your product in stock, we can engrave it and deliver it the next business day! Special orders take longer, obviously. We are known for our fast turn-around time. Our many loyal customers depend on us to meet their deadlines. We specialize in “RUSH” orders.
I’m not sure what I want. Do you offer design services?
Yes! Design services are available for an hourly fee. We are happy to help you with layouts, suggested text, and design ideas.
Do you have a catalog?
No, as all our products are truly custom, we can show examples of what we have done in the past, but we can create something totally unique for you. Give us your ideas and we will make suggestions on what might be appropriate for your budget and time frame.
Can you engrave on jewelry?
This depends on the size, shape and material of your jewelry. We CANNOT engrave the inside of rings or belt buckles. These items require specialized equipment that we do not have.
Do you do special (bigger, one-of-a-kind) projects?
Yes. Please contact us with your ideas for a special gift or award.
